I am taking a new direction with this radio. I have
been a fan of the
Crystal Radio Society's newsletter.
Besides the newsletter the Crystal Queen offers a moderated forum. That means
it is a clean place to discuss crystal sets and to meet some fantastic people.
So I won't be discussing this radio here, but invite you to read
all about it in an upcoming newsletter. I will tell you that the Double D Radio
is much like my #41 set. This one uses smaller litz,
and other parts that are easily obtained. The circuit is much the same with
the coil dimensions being different.
I hope you understand my feelings about giving this set as an
offering to the Crystal Queen. If you aren't already a subscriber, please
