SEASON 3 RECAPS
Game 1: Marc Enyedy (captain), Stephen Childress, Brian, Andy Silikovitz, Jon Higgins. The team easily made it through the first four questions. First terminator chose Marc, but he declined to play it. In season 3, though, we decided to have a rule change. The captain may only change one answer. However, in question 5, they didn't need it, and the team won CY$1,000,000! They would of course go on. The 2nd terminator chose Jon, and he successfully challenged Brian. The team ended up changing an answer, and so far had three correct. Now, would they take the same trips from season 2, or go for it? Marc decided to take the trips, while everyone else decided to go for it! Was the fourth answer correct???? NO!!!! It seems that the team changed a right answer to another right answer. It was later determined, though, that there was a double meaning in one of the answers chosen. So, what we have decided to do is give those who had went for the fourth answer the trip package. So, Marc, Stephen, AND Andy will each receive CY$250,000, while Jon gets CY$275,000. We gave away CY$1,025,000 tonight!
Game 2: Andy Silikovitz, Chris (cparsley2), Johnny, Jon Higgins, Brian. Andy saved the team once, but couldn't do it a 2nd time, and changed a correct answer, meaning the team lost at the CY$375,000 level.
Game 3: Andy Silkovitz (captain), Mark Holman, Jon Higgins, Chris (cparsley2), Brian. Andy almost blew it at 375K AGAIN, but did get through the first four questions after giving a little help. The first terminator chose our new guy, Mark, but he decided not to challenge. Andy had to change an answer, but the team still made it through CY$1,000,000!! Mark, at this point, mysteriously left, so what we do is treat it as if he bailed at this point, so he will receive CY$200,000. Everyone else, at the discretion of the captain, is going! The second terminator chose Chris, and he successfully challenged the captain, Andy, so Chris becomes the new captain! On this question, Chris had to change an answer, but so far, three out of four were correct. Now, would anyone take the trip deal?? No. Was the fourth answer correct?!?!?! YES!!!! THE TEAM HAS WON CY$2,500,000!!!! At this point, everyone on the team is guaranteed CY$100,000, win or lose. Now, would anyone go for CY$5,000,000?? Brian decided to STOP with CY$725,000, while both Jon and Chris decided to go! The third terminator chose Jon, and he felt the ULTIMATE need for greed, and challenged Chris! He ended up getting it right, too, so he plays for CY$5,000,000 alone!! Jon needed the freebie on this question, but even with it, he ended up losing on the 2nd answer. He and Chris received CY$125,000. Mark bailed with CY$200,000, while Brian left with CY$725,000!! WE GAVE AWAY CY$1,175,000 TONIGHT!
Game 4: Mark (UK) (captain), Danny, Andy, Joe, Brendan. We had two new players tonight, including the first player on this show from the United Kingdom. There were a lot of questions about the United States, but the team was able to get through the first four questions, with Mark having to save the team on one of them. The team would of course go for CY$1,000,000. The first terminator chose Brendan, and he declined to challenge. Of course, the team was able to get through the question! Mark decided to go on. The 2nd terminator chose Danny. He challenged Joe, but Joe was able to successfully defend his position! The team used the freebie on this next question. After confirming the answers, three out of four were right. Now, would they take the trip deal, or decide to go? Joe and Andy both decided to take the trips, while Brendan and Mark decided to go! Was the fourth answer correct???? NO!!!! It's a good thing that Joe and Andy stopped. Andy and Joe leave with CY$250,000, while Danny with CY$25,000 tonight. We gave away CY$525,000 tonight!
Game 5: Marc Enyedy (captain), Danny Rondeau, Jason Hernandez, Noah Oesterle, Jordan. Marc changed a wrong answer to a wrong answer, and the team missed the CY$375,000 question.
Game 6: Danny Rondeau (captain), Jason Hernandez, Jordan, Joe Raygor, Noah Oesterle. Although Danny had to save the team two times, they made it through the first four questions. The 1st termiantor chose Danny, and he refused to challenge. Danny had to change one answer, but the team got the question right for CY$1,000,000!!! Of course they would go on! The 2nd terminator chose Jordan, and challenged Jason. Jason, though, was able to successfully defend his position. The team needed to use the freebie, and it helped them get three out of four. Now, would anyone take the trips? Noah said TRIP, while everyone else decided to go. Was the fourth answer right??????? YES!!!!! THE TEAM HAS WON CY$2,500,000!!!! Now, at this point, each player remaining gets CY$100,000, no matter what. Would anyone go on? ALL THREE SAID YES! The third terminator chose Danny again, and he refused to challenge. Even without the freebie, the team got through 3 out of 4. Now, would anyone take the car? No. For CY$5,000,000........ is it right?????? YES!!!!!!! THE TEAM JUST WON CY$5,000,000!!!!!! Now, would anyone go on for CY$10,000,000????? Joe said.......... GO FOR IT! HE IS RISKING CY$1,250,000!!!!! Jason said........ STOP WITH CY$2,600,000!!!!!! Danny says............ GO FOR IT! HE ALSO RISKS CY$1,250,000!!!!!!! The last terminator chose Danny. Would he feel the ultimate need for greed??? No. He decides to have 2 for the top. Here is the question, and the answers chosen:
| Which Shakespearean plays were written by Shakespeare LAST? |
| The Tempest |
Measure For Measure |
Hamlet |
| The Winter's Tale |
Much Ado about Nothing |
The Merchant of Venice |
| All's Well that Ends Well |
Romeo and Juliet |
King John |
Was The Tempest a correct answer? YES!
How about The Winter's Tale?? YES!!
What about King John???
| Which Shakespearean plays were written by Shakespeare LAST? |
| The Tempest |
Measure For Measure |
Hamlet |
| The Winter's Tale |
Much Ado about Nothing |
The Merchant of Venice |
| All's Well that Ends Well |
Romeo and Juliet |
King John |
NO!!!!!! Neither was Much Ado. The correct answers were All's Well that Ends Well and Measure for Measure. Joe and Danny each leave with CY$100,000. Jordan leaves with CY$25,000, Noah with CY$250,000, while Jason leaves with CY$2,600,000!!!! WE GAVE AWAY CY$3,075,000 TONIGHT!!!!
Game 7: Jerry Depew (captain), Andy Silikovitz, Jordan, Michael, Noah Oesterle. With a couple tough questions in there, the team was able to get through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Andy, and he declined to challenge. The team probably was better together, though, as they won CY$1,000,000!!! Of course they would go on!! The second terminator chose Michael, and he wanted to be captain! Jerry tried to defend his position, but he answered incorrectly, so Michael becomes the new captain! After getting through three answers, the team was asked whether or not they'd liek to take the trips. They all said no. Was the fourth answer correct???? YES!!!!!! THE TEAM HAS WON CY$2,500,000!!!!!1 Now, everyone is guaranteed CY$100,000. Would anyone go for CY$5,000,000???? THEY ALL SAID YES!!!!! The third terminator chose Michael AGAIN, but he declined to play it. Although the team used the freebie, they missed on the 3rd answer. Andy, Jordan, and Noah each left with CY$100,000, while Michael left with CY$125,000. We gave away CY$425,000 tonight.
Game 8: Noah Oesterle (captain), Andy Silikovitz, Marc Enyedy, Jerry Depew, Jay Cross. The team easily made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Marc, and he declined to play it. The 5th question was tough. Even though the captain changed one answer, he changed it from a right answer to a right answer, and the team lost on the 3rd answer.
Game 9: Jordan (captain), Michael, Danny Rondeau, Jerry Depew, Aaron Randolph. The captain had to save the team TWICE, but they made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Jerry, and he successfully challenged Aaron. The 5th question was found to be easy, and they made it through to CY$1,000,000! Of course, the team would go on! The second terminator chose Jordan. He tried to take out Jerry for 3/5 of the pot, but Jerry was able to successfully defend his position, and he becomes the new captain! The team used the freebie, and many of the players were able to use their own names on the question! It led them through three correct answers. Now, they could either take the trips or go for CY$2,500,000. Michael and Jerry each took the trips, thinking that another answer was correct, while Danny was the only one to go on! Was the fourth answer correct???? NO!!!!!! In fact, Michael and Jerry's 2nd choice wasn't right either! So, it's a good thing they stopped. Jordan left with CY$25,000, Michael CY$250,000, and Jerry won CY$275,000! We gave away CY$550,000 tonight.
Game 10: Marc Enyedy (captain), Danny Rondeau, Michael, Jerry Depew, Jon Higgins. The captain had to save the team once as they made it throught he first four questions. The first terminator chose Danny, and he challenged Jerry! Jerry was able to defend his position, as he played for CY$400,000! After three correct answers, Marc felt he needed to take the CY$100,000 bail. He was right, the fourth answer was wrong! Everyone received CY$25,000 tonight!
Game 11: Tom Delgado (captain), Noah Oesterle, Michael, Andy Silikovitz, Brendan. Because of the Michael Larsen documentary on Game Show Network, we had a Press Your Luck-themed episode! Tom had to save the team once as the team made it through the first four questions! Tom was afraid about the category to the 5th question, so the team stopped at CY$500,000. Everyone received CY$100,000.
Game 12: S2X (captain), Brendan, Chris (chrisc1218), Jason Hernandez, Michael. Although S2X could save the team once, he couldn't save them another time, and the team lost on the CY$375,000 question.
Game 13: Jon Higgins (captain), Joe Raygor, Jay Cross, Jim Martin, Jordan. Jon changed a correct answer, and, for the second time, a team misses the CY$125,000 question.
Game 14: Jordan (captain), Jay Cross, Jim Martin, Jerry Depew, Joe Raygor. Jordan had to save the team once, but couldn't do it a 2nd time, and the team lost on the CY$250,000 question.
Game 15: Jordan (captain), Jim Martin, Jay Cross, Tom Delgado, Jon Higgins. This was the 3rd game of the night, as the previous two were played on the same night. Although Jordan had to save them TWICE, the team FINALLY made it through the first 4 questions! The first terminator chose Tom, and he challenged Jay. Jay was unable to answer the question correctly, so Tom remains in the game! After changing one, Jordan had 3 correct answers. Would the team take the CY$100,000 bail? Yes. Jordan, Jim, Jon, and Tom each accumulate CY$25,000 more. But, would they have been right???? YES!!!! For the FIRST TIME in NUG history, the captain bails the team out at the wrong time! We gave away CY$125,000 tonight, though.
Game 16: Michael (captain), Jim Martin, Cory, Tom Delgado, Danny Rondeau. The captain tried to save the team on the CY$500,000 question, but couldn't do it, and the team missed that question.
Game 17: Nicholas Todor (captain), Jim Martin, Michael, Cory, Jon Higgins. This time, the team missed the CY$375,000 question.
Game 18: Brian (Pro6150) (captain), Jerry Depew, Nicholas Todor, Danny Rondeau, Jim Martin. This was the 3rd game of the night, and it STILL went downhill! The team missed the CY$375,000 question!
Game 19: Jon Higgins (captain), Andy Silikovitz, Jerry Depew, Mike G., Brendan. The team missed the CY$125,000 question.
Game 20: Marc Enyedy (captain), Jim Martin, Jordan (lordsivak), Andy Silikovitz, Brendan. Marc had to save the team TWICE, and proved to be good luck, because for the first time in 2 weeks, we make it past question 4! Unfortunately, Marc had to leave early, so we treat it as if he bailed after question 4. Since he was the former captain, Jim now becomes the new captain. The first terminator chose Andy, and declined to challenge. The 5th question was tough, and the team lost on the CY$1,000,000 question. Marc, though, received CY$100,000 for his bail.
Game 21: Jon Higgins (captain), Andy Silikovitz, Scott, Nicholas Todor, Jerry Depew. The team made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Scott, and he decided to challenge Nick! Nick tried for it, but was incorrect, so Scott remains in the game! The 5th question was otugh, as the team lost on the CY$1,000,000 question. Scott received CY$25,000 for his terminator.
Game 22: Michael Clifford (captain), Jay Cross, Marc Enyedy, Andy Silikovitz, Jim Martin. Michael had to help the team once, but they got through the first four questions. Marc had to leave at that point, so he recieved CY$100,000 for his bail. The first terminator chose Michael, but he declined to challenge. The team missed the 5th question on the 4th answer once again. Marc received CY$100,000 for his bailout.
Game 23: Andy Silikovitz (captain), Jay Cross, Michael Clifford, Jason Hernandez, Jim Martin. The team missed the CY$250,000 question.
Game 24: Andy Silikovitz (captain), Jordan, Marc Enyedy, Jim Martin, Jay Cross. Andy had to save the team once, but the team made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Jim Martin, and he challenged the captain, Andy! Andy was able to defend his position, though. Unfortunately, the team could not get past the CY$1,000,000 question. Jim left with CY$25,000.
Game 25: Jim Martin (captain), Jordan, Andy Silikovitz, Jerry Depew, Jon Higgins. The team EASILY made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Jim, and he declined to challenge. Realizing that a lot of teams could have done well had they used their freebie, Jim decided to use it. It didn't help too much, though, as the team lost on the CY$1,000,000 question.
Game 26: Andy Silikovitz (captain), Jordan, Jerry Depew, Jim Martin, Jon Higgins. Andy had to save the team once, but they made it through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Jon, and he challenged Andy! Andy, once again, was able to defend his position. The team missed on the CY$1,000,000 question, though. Jon Higgins left with CY$25,000.
Game 27: Michael Clifford (captain), Jason Hernandez, Jordan, Danny Rondeau, Jerry Depew. Michael had to save the team twice, but they got through the first four questions. The first terminator chose Jason, but he declined to play it. After three correct answers and one change of answers, Michael decided to go for it. Was the fourth answer correct?? YES!!!! THE TEAM HAS FINALLY GOT PAST THIS QUESTION, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 15 GAMES!!! Now, knowing that, would the team go for CY$2,500,000? Two want to go, two want to stop, MICHAEL IS GOING! The second terminator chose Jerry, and he also declined to play it. Michael decided to use the freebie, and decided to change one answer. Three were correct. Would anyone take the 6 vacations? Jerry did, everyone else said go. Jerry leaves with CY$250,000, while everyone else plays for CY$625,000. For CY$2,500,000..... is it right????? YES!!!!! THE TEAM HAS WON CY$2,500,000!!!!! Now, at this time, EVERYONE REMAINING is guaranteed CY$100,000!!! Knowing that, and considering how close we are to the tournament, would anyone go for CY$5,000,000??? Danny said...... STOP with CY$725,000!! Jordan said....... GO! Jason said........ GO! Michael said......... STOP with CY$725,000!!! So, we still have to play a terminator. It chose Jordan, and does he feel the ULTIMATE need for greed and play for CY$5,000,000 by himself???? YES!!!!! HE CHALLENGES JASON!!!! Jason, though, is able to defend his position, and he plays for CY$5,000,000 BY HIMSELF! With no freebie, he chose 4 answers, ans changed his mind on one of them. After 3 answers, we came down to that changed answer. Now, I offer him a 2003 Dodge Viper and cash. Will he take it??? No. FOR CY$5,000,000........... IS THE FOURTH ANSWER CORRECT?!?!?!?!?!
YES!!!!!!!!! JASON HAS JUST WON A SOLE CY$5,000,000!!!!!!!! Now, will he go for the jackpot of CY$10,000,000????? Jason says....... STOP WITH CY$5,100,000!!!! Michael and Danny each won CY$725,000, Jordan won CY$125,000, while Jerry won CY$250,000. WE GAVE AWAY CY$6,925,000 TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!
